I started practicing Bikram yoga on Oahu in 2001. After years of sports injuries and denying surgery I chose an alternative approach to well-being. Instantly feeling the therapeutic benefits of the practice through my own actualization of the breath, body and mind connection, I decided to share this method with the world. Since teacher training in 2006 I have continued to follow my passion traveling and teaching. With gratitude and Aloha I’m grateful to guide you on your personal journey of health and happiness.
My step-daughter Libby introduced me to Bikram Yoga New Year’s Eve 2015. I enjoyed the challenge and loved how great I felt after class. I’ve been teaching health and wellness for almost 20 years, and wanted to expand on being able to help people on their personal journeys. So I received a Diploma in Diet & Nutrition Advising. Then when I was introduced to Hot Pilates, I knew I found my fitness calling. I was IHP trained in March of 2017. I truly enjoy guiding people on their health and wellness journeys one hour at a time.
