  • Hot 26&2 is a challenging series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, suitable for all levels of ability. Our state of the art heating system creates a warm, sweaty environment of 105 degrees and 40% humity to give your the healing benefits of this practice.
  • Our warm Vinyasa classes are typically 100 degrees and 35% humidity to allow you to warm up and flow with your breath through a dynamic and fluid practice.
  • Our Hot Pilates classes are heated to 100 Degrees and 30% humidity to help increase circulation and elevate your heart rate for an invigorating and heart pumping HIIT class. You will leave class feeling accomplished, stronger and totally transformed.

 

Hot yoga and Pilates classes stimulates the organs, glands, and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order.
