Meet your Nourish Guides:
Kerry Cataline
Leading us in a Journey of sound accompanied with our Yin Yoga practice.
Kerry originates from the Bay Area and living in northern California. The healing arts through sound and yoga is her focus. Certified in and studied sound healing with Michele Averard and Nestor Konblum co-founders of the International Association of Sound Therapy and Harmonic Studies in Spain in 2018. Provide individual sound healing treatments and combine yoga (yin, restorative and/or nidra) and sound bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments for a healing environment.
Jill Weston
Jill Weston is known for being a “stress whisperer”, using her calm vibe and healing voice to help you pause, refocus and remember your hearts desire. Jill has been leading her clients through Yoga Nidra, which creates a deep state of conscious awareness "sleep", which is a deeper state of relaxation with awareness. Yoga Nidra has been shown to be highly effective in reducing anxiety and stress.
Kaci Florez Little
Kaci Florez Little is a yoga teacher, Qoya Inspired Movement Guide, ordained Minister of Walking Prayer, and a mother. Her current offerings include Home Blessings, Energy Healing, and Gratitude Ceremonies. Recently her days have been spent primarily caring for her husband, two dogs, and one-year old son. Kaci believes in the power of intention, ritual, and bringing reverence to the mundane in order to make the sacred more tangible.
Kelly Callender
Kelly Callender has been teaching, serving, and stretching in the yoga world since 2003. She invites her students to look inside, to remain open, to be brave and to take a chance on themselves. She currently spends her time guest teaching, writing for the yoga community and cultivating personal yoga and training programs.
Julie Havelock
Julie is the owner of Purely Hot Yoga and has been teaching the healing and transformative hot yoga since 2008. She was trained in, and incorporated Yin Yoga to PHY in 2013 to complement and enhance the healing styles of yoga offered. Julie believes that everyone deserves to feel good in their body. The practice of yoga, where we move, stretch, breathe and sweat allows us to heal, serve ourselves and each other, therefore making the world a better place.
